We keep things simple. The platform is free. Fees only apply to card payments. Card surcharges are not allowed in Australia, so the 5% platform fee and Stripe's fee are built into your prices instead of added at checkout. Fundraisers with fees built into their prices are card only. Cash and bank transfer are available if your organisation absorbs card fees instead. Crowdfunding campaigns are card only.
