Everything you need to know before getting started
Who can use Raised in New Zealand?
Anyone. Schools, sports clubs, community groups, charities, and individuals can all set up a fundraiser. You don't need to be a registered charity.
What products can I sell?
Raised connects you with NZ wholesalers who supply products like pies, cheese, cookie dough, and more. You choose products, set your retail price, and keep the profit margin.
What does it cost?
There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or subscriptions. A 5% platform fee plus Stripe processing applies to credit card payments, and that fee is paid by the donor. Fundraisers keep 100% of the sale price.
Can I also run a crowdfunding campaign?
Yes. Raised supports both product-based fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns where supporters contribute towards a monetary goal.
How long does it take to set up?
About five minutes. Create your campaign, choose products from available wholesalers, customise your storefront, and share the link with your community.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed through Stripe in NZD. Supporters can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or cash. You receive the funds directly.
