Give your fundraiser a campaign of its own
A ticket purchase reserves attendance. A fundraising campaign explains why your group needs support and gives people a way to help even when they are not coming to an event. Raised is a useful home for that campaign, whether supporters are ordering products or making a donation.
For a school fun run, decide whether you are collecting entry fees, sponsorship or both. Raised's activity-based pages are designed around the fundraising story and participants. Make the rules clear so families know what they are supporting.
Manage the work after a supporter pays
Product fundraising continues after checkout. Someone needs to confirm supplier quantities, prepare packing information and tell families when their orders are ready. Raised's product campaign tools help keep those orders together for the organiser.
If your event has separate seating or ticket-entry requirements, keep those requirements distinct from the fundraiser. You can still give Raised the job of running your product drive, donation appeal or sponsored activity, with its own goal and supporter link.
What will Raised cost our group?
There is no setup fee or monthly subscription. Card payments carry a 5% platform fee plus processing fees. Eligible product fundraisers can accept cash or bank transfer without platform or processing fees. Crowdfunding campaigns are card only.
For Australian product campaigns, fees can be built into the prices supporters see. Campaigns using that setting are card only; cash and bank transfer are available when the organisation absorbs card fees instead. Donation fees come out of the donation unless the donor chooses to cover them.

Does TryBooking also support merchandise and donations?
Yes. Its product pages describe merchandise and donation options alongside ticketing. Raised is an alternative when the main job is a product fundraiser, donation campaign or sponsored athon, with campaign tools for school and club organisers.
What are TryBooking fees in New Zealand?
TryBooking's NZ product page lists a 50c ticket fee plus 2.5% processing for paid event bookings. Its help centre describes additional regional charges. These are ticketing fees, not a like-for-like quote for every donation or fundraising format.
Can we use Raised for a school fun run?
Yes. Raised supports fun runs and other sponsored activities. Set up the campaign, explain what participants will do and share fundraising links with families. Your school still organises the event logistics and supervision.
