How to Cancel/Delete a Fundraiser

If you need to stop a fundraiser, you can cancel it from the Raised Dashboard.

Note: You cannot delete a fundraiser; you can only cancel it.

When to use cancel vs pause

Cancel Fundraiser: use this when you want to end the fundraiser. This action stops further participation and closes the campaign.
Pause: if you only need to temporarily stop new activity, use the "Pause" option instead of canceling.

The "Cancel Fundraiser" button is shown alongside buttons like Settings, Share, and Generate Poster.

Canceling a fundraiser ends the campaign for supporters. Existing records remain visible in your dashboard for reconciliation and reporting.

If you're unsure whether to pause or cancel, or you need assistance with a specific campaign, please contact our support team.
