Yes. Raised is available in both New Zealand and Australia, with local currencies and payment support.
Nothing. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or subscriptions. Card donations carry a 5% platform fee and Stripe processing fees. Card surcharges are not allowed in Australia, so by default these come out of the donation, and donors can choose to cover them.
